Main thing for us is to be able to go into a branch to speak with someone about our money. Someone who is pleased to see us and nothing being a bother to them. It was our first visit and on leaving we both felt we had made a new friend who was interested in us and our needs. We were both very happy with the service. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

A trusted mutual

The service I received was absolutely fine. No problems at all experienced. I had a 2-year fixed term ISA so there was no reason for any contact from me to the Society until the maturity of the account. The Society looked after my investment as promised for the 2 years and all went well. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025
