Reliable, local, trustworthy

Competitive interest rates are available. When renewing a fixed rate bod I would like th eoption of withdrawing some funds and re-investing the balance to be available on the renewal form. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Solid, trustworthy, nice

Local, always nice and helpful staf, open every weekday, it's Scottish, and a building society. 9-3 and not open on a Saturday morning makes it difficult for working people to access the branches, a staggered lunch perhaps?. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Local, friendly, professional

I like passbooks. I like that I can visit branches. I like that interest rates are fairly good. I like that it is a mutual organisation. Less paperwork would be good, only information I need to have 0 don't need information on mortgages when opening a savings account. Reviewed on: 26th November 2024
