Friendly, efficient staff who are well versed with products but not pushy sales people. Keep it up! Opening times only accessible because I work part-time but anyone wanting face-to-face would struggle to get to office. Reviewed on: 9th September 2024

Exceeded all expectations

Very friendly, helpful staff. I was able to open an account straight away when I visited the relationship centre. Welcome pack was received within a few days and was followed up with a call to ensure it had arrived. This met with the expectations advised when I opened the account.
