A good experience

In branch service review

I was made aware of the SBS because one of my Scottish cousins works for you. Living in the SW of England I was previously unaware. The only thing that could be improved from my point of view is to have staff in large print as I am visually challenged. Reviewed on: 29th July 2024

Great, keep going

We are very happy with the Scottish BS, you can talk to a human being and also we have a passbook so we can see clearly how things are progressing. Fed up with all the technology that is way above us and being pushed aside as we get older. Reviewed on: 26th July 2024

Accessible, customer-friendly, efficient

I was impressed by the efficient and friendly way my business was conducted. I could find no fault with it . On the current climate your financial products are reasonable. Responsive, good values

I really like the Society's ethos and always get excellent customer support. I had an old issue recently when I chose to put the proceeds of a maturing account into a new one. I got an email saying it had been set-up but then another one immediately after saying it couldn't be accessible online. I queried this and was told it was fixed but I had to make a manual request to add it to my list of account. All fine in the end but not sure I've had this before. Reviewed on: 26th July 2024
