The ISA interest rates are good-ish, the explanatory information is clear and simple to follow, the phone contact is courteous and easy to contact and the staff well-briefed and knowledgeable. Email contact is prompt in response and helpful. Overall I felt my custom was valued (I was a little surprised not to have an account update at the end of the financial year though).
