I like Scottish Building Societyas it is very friendly and the staff are helpful. I don't like the telephone system though, phoning head office number can end up at any branch rather that the head office in Edinburgh. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

I was in on Friday and had forgot to bring my Bank of Scotland details. Lorraine was very helpful with her advice and waited on me coming back into branch even though it infringed into her lunch break. Great service. Reviewed on: 9th October 2023
