SBS support makes Managing finances straightforward.

Managing finances is not always straightforward. A mix of ISAs, Bonds, and savings accounts can lead to a little confusion in terms of what can be opened, transferred and managed in any particular time window. The customer services support not only oils the machinery and process to meet customer needs, but on a personal level made the interaction a pleasure. Reviewed on: 26th August 2025

Unusually for a financial instution the Scottish Building Society words its recent letter and opening recorded message on the phone in welcoming terms. Its customer service is excellent in my experience. Joan today on the phone was very helpful. Reviewed on: 26th August 2025
