Good customer service and savings rates

I’ve contacted their customer services a few times and, while not always the fastest to reply, they have been very helpful and answered my queries completely. Their savings rates are good too so I think I’m getting good value for money. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Shawbrook is great

I have saved and invested with Shawbrook bank for a good number of years and have found its website easy to navigate and its products always competitively priced. No complaints at all. On the few occasions I have had to ring the staff are always polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
