Shawbrook is great

I have saved and invested with Shawbrook bank for a good number of years and have found its website easy to navigate and its products always competitively priced. No complaints at all. On the few occasions I have had to ring the staff are always polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

I have banked with Shawbrook for several years and always found their customer services to be very helpful, and their intest rates more than satisfactory. Also there is the added reassurance of protection from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme so for me I am a happy customer. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Easy website to navigate.

ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Technology is sensible and easy to use with good security features. Decent interest rates on savings and information/updates provided regulary and easy to find/follow. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
