Helpful humans on the phone

I opened a fixed rate ISA with money to be transferred from another ISA where the rate had dropped. I'm not tech savvy so panicked a bit when money didn't show immediately so phoned. A response from a person was almost immediate and everything explained in a friendly, efficient manner. So rare these days. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Easy to switch products

It was really easy to switch my bond once the term was over. They even reminded me. All I had to do was choose a new product and they did the rest. I received an update saying my money had moved and all done. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Good interest rates

I have recently invested in an ISA, the interest rate was one of the top rates around. I already had an ISA from the previous year & was happy to use Shawbrook again. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Excellent online bank.

I've been with Shawbrook nearly 2 years. Excellent interest rates and their banking app. is very comprehensive and easy to use. On the occasion I used customer service I found them excellent. I'll be staying with Shawbrook that's is certain. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
