User friendly

Always get through on the phone and talk to someone helpful, good rates and like their text when receive money into my account. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Technology is sensible and easy to use with good security features. Decent interest rates on savings and information/updates provided regulary and easy to find/follow. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Competitive savings rates with good customer focus

Very good competitive savings rates with an easy to use website providing clear information and instructions. Allows for easy updating of maturity instructions, unlike many other competitors. Only downside is that the onus is on the customer to keep up to date on products providing a better rate than that already selected. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
