I had really bad experience with Shawbrook bank.

I had really bad experience with Shawbrook bank. I have rang them for transfer of ISA and my phone was disconnected by their representative 3 times and when I rang forth time and try to raise complaint regarding the service I have received previously , I been told that complaint will be raise and I will received email with reference number. After 3 days when I rang, I found out that no complaint was raise and I have to go through again to finally raise my concern. I have never received that kind of service from any other bank or even other company in my life yet? Appalling service. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
