Good savings provider

I've had a saving account with Shawbrook for the last couple of years. I've never needed to contact them so I cant comment on their customer service, but I get regular standard emails from them, and the interest rates are good so I'm very happy with my savings choice. Reviewed on: 1st March 2024

I took out a 1 year fixed rate savings and mistakenly didn't ask for the interest to be reinvested in the bond. Contacted Shawbrook and this was rectified going forward with no problem. Excellent service Reviewed on: 1st March 2024
