ISA & Easy Access Savings

Have both 1 year fixed ISA and variable easy access saving account. Shawbrook offer easy to use service with good interest rates for return on investment. Reviewed on: 27th February 2024

Good savings products and excellent customer service.

Good savings products. The online banking system has less functionality than I am used to from other banks but the customer service is excellent: straightforward, polite and you don't have to hang on the phone for ages to speak with a real person. Reviewed on: 27th February 2024

My contact with Shawbrook Bank whether it be online or telephone has always been seamless. It is very easy process to invest online. Some sites for investing can be quite convoluted but in my experience with Shawbrook this is not the case Reviewed on: 27th February 2024
