Excellent service from Shawbrook

We have had various savings plans and ISAs with Shawbrook over many years. Although we most of the transactions online, there’s always someone available to speak to should it be necessary. When savings rates increase, they automatically change the rate and let us know what they’ve done. We can’t fault them. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
