Really rate Shawbrook Bank

I've been a customer for several years. They automatically increase my savings to the new edition to benefit better rates, their rates are one of the best on the market and the customer services team are always friendly and helpful. First port of call for savings

Been saving with Shawbrook for a few years now. At first I hadn’t any experience with their products but the detailed product information and competitive rates assured me that I would be happy to trust them with my savings. I was not disappointed. The website is clear and use friendly and customer service via messaging and phone was supportive, helpful and informative. Answers felt personal and not just a ‘boilerplate’ response.
