Opening a savings account with Shawbrook was very quick and easy. Just about everything you need to know is on the website and I have only had to contact them by phone once. The Ronseal Bank - Does Exactly What It Says On The Tin

Initial sign up for the savings and ISA accounts was simple, straightforward and fast after all the security checks, with just the right balance of online application and personal interaction. Updates, interest payments and withdrawals happen as they should with no drama. Communications are limited (via text or email) to those advising of new, higher featured products and services, nothing spurious or intrusive. Would definitely recommend. Good rates and great service!

Shawbrook consistently offer the best savings rates. I've also had excellent customer service when dealing with my late husband's investments, and when I made a mistake on my own savings. I can highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
