Happy investor

Over the last few years have taken out 1yr savings bonds with Shawbrook. The process has been easy to process on line, with assurances from swift and informative e-mail confirmation. A simple to perform investment, with a good rate of guaranteed interest is what I look for. My investments with Shawbrook have always met my requirements. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025

Good customer service.

Good customer service. Shawbrook keep me well informed without bombarding me with unnecessary emails. I trust Shawbrook to look after my money. I have recommended them to my husband and daughter and they .have also opened accounts. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Can't fault them

I have ISA with Shawbrook. Interest rate good and help from a real person was always available when needed to set it up - my skills with technology are limited and it's an on line account. Can't fault them. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
