Started saving with shawbrook few years ago. So easy to understand the different savings types . Makes a change from the usual big banks and better rates. Tried fixed term savings and impressed with ease of opening and options when matured. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026

I opened my first account with Shawbrook in May 2020, somewhat nervously as I hadn't heard much about them. They offered a good interest rate at a time when that was hard to find. No regrets .. I've made several investments over the years and I've been impressed with the customer service and the fairness of their rates. The online information is clear and transparent and email enquiries are dealt with speed, courtesy and efficiency. I would recommend with confidence based on experience. Fantastic customer service and top savings rates. We’ve been using them for two years, and are so pleased we now have several accounts with Shawbrook, and frequently recommend them to friends and family. Transferring ISAs in from other providers was a smooth process and we are confident our monies are in the best place. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
