I have saved with Shawbrook for 3 years now.

I have saved with Shawbrook for 3 years now. I have a one year ISA. Before it matures they ask me how I would like to deal with the proceeds. If I ask for the interest to be paid into my current account, it arrives 2 days after maturity. Perfect Reviewed on: 14th January 2026

Shawbrook does not reward loyalty. It does not let old customer open new high interest rate accounts. its only for new customer!! and shawbrooks interest rates on saving accounts are not the best in the market Reviewed on: 14th January 2026

Great rates and easy to apply for products.

Easy to use the online app. Clear concise information provided and generally better rates than other providers. Works so well I don't believe I have needed to contact customer service in all the time I have had my accounts. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
