Easy to run account online.

Easy to run account online. Reasonable savings interest rates. Always done everything online, not had any cause to call customer services, but they send timely information in form of email eg when fixed term is maturing with instructions for what happens next and what the options are. Awful customer service, no reply to emails, no reply to messages. Currently unable to access funds so I cannot pay my care home fees. Absolutely shocking lack of care for a loyal customer. Banking Ombudsman is now involved. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY Reviewed on: 13th November 2025

Shawbrook Bank advertsing a a new Bonus Easy Access Savings Account Issue 2 4.31% AER (variable) for the first 12 months – includes a 2.31% AER fixed bonus For new customers only So this is for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY. Existing customers new Easy Access accounts are 3.3% interest. SO IS THIS SHAWBROOK BANKS WAY OF TREATING AND REWARDING LOYAL EXISTING CUSTOMERS? Reviewed on: 19th October 2025
