does what it says on the tin!

Cant fault this bank - online services are top class. it's all there at the touch of a button and if you really need to talk to someone you can go in to any co-operative bank. Have only had to contact the bank twice in about 14 years and the customer service was great - all sorted within a few minutes. you want a no-nonsense bank, with many online facilities, and a free overdraft then this is the one Reviewed on: 22nd June 2016

No fuss, no hassle, just my money

You can't go wrong with this bank. It's online but if you should ever need to pay in a cheque or speak to someone then you can pop in to any Co-operative branch. Have had my account for about 15 years now and all I can do is praise this service. Available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
