The experience that I have had was excellent as I couldn't fault the team of men and women told me everything that I needed to know and helped me to understand the best way to make sure all details were correct and then they would put my application in to see if it got accepted I wish to thank all of the people who have been in the making of my D.R.O. Once we got going they were very helpful!

There was a while where I couldn’t get hold of money wellness at all which was extremely stressful, but once they realised the stress I was under and how willing I was to comply and resolve my financial problems, they went above and beyond to help me out, recognising that I needed extra support and advice! I will note that some advisors are a little kinder than others, the first person I spoke with had me in tears because I felt so ashamed and almost like a scolded child. The re...
