Great Building Society.

The Stafford Building Society offers a great range of savings accounts even though there is only one branch. Recent improvements has been the online access to accounts. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The branch is a real asset in Stafford and I cannot praise them enough. I am sure they will there for many years to come. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

Excellent customer service

Went into the branch as mislaid my pass book but needed an urgent transfer to my bank .. Can I just say Claire and Karen were so helpful especially Claire who I felt where professional and sympathetic and went above and beyond to help me Thankyou Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Courteous, professional and knowledgeable staff.
