My Standard Life review is about a company pension I have. Standard Life have a very useful website which I've had no issues with. They also send me an annual statement via post which is nicely printed and easy to understand. Reviewed on: 4th September 2015

Using Website to Consolidate Pensions

I had several different dormant workplace pensions, and after monitoring performance over the few years - decided to consolidate to the best performing. I used Standard Life's website to process the transfer from an old provider to my Standard Life pension. The website was very simple to use, and every step was very well explained. It stated, in clear language, exactly what information was needed, where to find it, and why it was important. Very well explained, easy to follow, process throughout Reviewed on: 10th August 2015

I recently enquired to find out about this product. Received very friendly and informative customer service without any pressure or hard sell to buy. I was really impressed by the way I was listened to and the expertise of the staff member I spoke to. Am definitely considering this product based on the advice I was given.
