If only everything was this simple

My small business is young enough that I've always banked online with it, never in person. While other business banks offer "an online service", they may be online, but the service can be questionable and often burdensome to get help when things aren't right. Starling are not like other banks - I was initially a personal customer, but as soon as business accounts were available I switched and haven't had a bad word to say about them. Features, security, support, information, integration with 3rd party accounting... all excellent. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

I have all my banking with Starling. Its so easy to use with similar access to multiple accounts and great spaces to separate monies for different things whether those are business or pleasure. Although online, it's incredibly easy to pay money into your account or even withdraw. I've used customer services a couple of times too and this has been a quick and easy process. I've recommended the account to several friends from a business perspective and they've subsequently transferred their additional banking to Starling. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

It is simple to open an account. Everything is done online. You don't need to book an appointment and sit with someone going through pages of documents. I opened my account within a hours and not days. Every transaction has been safe. I like their verification method. You get notified of online purchases and approve.
