Supporting small businesses

When I first thought about opening a business account with a high street bank my worries give me a break. I did quite a bit of research but as it was our first ever business account, it can become very daunting, especially without any business management experience. Now, almost 3 years in, Starling has helped us grow without having to worry about anything but our business. I can't recommend Starling enough and even when some friends approach me to ask about online banks I always say, they may be similar to you, but Starling to me is a no brainer, especially their customer service (and even comparing to high street banks), Starling makes banking simple, efficient and very affordable for people like myself. Awful service

They do not care about their customers. Can't believe some of the votes they have had. I encourage everyone to read the 1-2* votes they are more accurate. Their email lies too! Pretty sure they didn't win best business bank last year- email suggests they did. Just another example of their lies! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Easy to use app, minimising time spent

Very easy to use App and help when you need it, easy all round, so I spend time on my business not going round in circles with any banking issues. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

If your in business there is only one place to bank

This bank does not have bristles it has feathers to smooth the whole banking process. Link it with your favourite banking software, freeagent in my case and your accountant can manage it easily. The app is street wise and a doddle. Nothing compares. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Great service, great people, great bank
