Super Slick Banking

Very easy to set up and customer service is second to none. Helped me with a seller who didn’t send goods after payment. Effortless. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

No non-sense business bank account

After using three major high street banks, I started using Starling Bank. I have been Starling bank customer since 2022 but, never had any problems. I had a couple of queries over last year and I was able to contact a real person in 10 minutes over the phone call and was able to resolve my issue. The app is brilliant. Works smoothly with Xero. As long as they stick by their core principles, and keep trying to be at the chatting edge of the industry with a focus on customer service, who are actually human and helpful, then they have a customer for life! The perfect business bank

I tried two other business accounts before I switched to Starling and I can’t recommend them enough. The customer service is second to none, the app is perfect for our business needs and reconciling accounts is so simple thanks to the info we have at our fingertips. Love this bank!
