There to support me

It was so easy to open a business account with Starling (I also have a personal account and my kids have Kite cards - we're a Starling family). So much easier and smoother than going with a High St bank. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Terrible customer service

Customer service is basically non existant. I had a problem with unexpected payments showing up in my account and they wouldn't help me at all. They kept giving me template responses and I couldnt actually speak to anyone. eventually after days of trying to get throguh they told me i had to go back to the merchant and thre was nothing they could do. really poor service. A fine service but with a nasty twist

Beware! Check their unacceptable countries don't match your client's. I have a reputable client from a reputable country that Starling refuses to handle. They bounced my payments. They will not discuss or reconsider. We have to part company sadly. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Accessible business banking for sole traders

Starling Bank really takes care of small businesses and sole traders with its excellent business bank account offering. The app is user friendly and has excellent features which make managing my finances totally hassle free. I especially love the push notifications to alert about upcoming direct debits, which mean I never have to worry about missing a payment. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023
