A little confusing in their messaging

Their messaging is not always clear and left me doing something I didn't intend to. Otherwise the app is good and customer service not bad. Cheaper than other banks too Reviewed on: 4th March 2023

Best bank ever!!

Where do I start, the customer service is like nowhere else I have experienced before. They're kind, knowledgable, informative, bubbly and most of all, human. For a digital bank, I have dealt more with kind, human people than I have with a traditional bank. Absolutely First Class

Nothing is ever too much trouble, Just pick up the phone or go on live chat and there is somebody (a Human) waiting to help you. Free banking, Uploading of cheques within the APP, what more can a Business ask for. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Perfect small business account!

I set up my startling account when I started my business, they were very quick to approve and open my account and everything has been smooth and easy with them since then. The app is great - super simple interface and great features. Being able to set up separate “spaces” is such a good feature too, so easy to set aside funds for tax / accountants etc. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Rock solid, great app
