The best bank I ever had

Starling Bank is a modern bank done properly

Moved from Nat West to Metro Bank thinking they would be a good modern bank. Sadly that was a very poor experience and after a personal recommendation I moved to Starling Bank. Their banking “just works”, simple and quick. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 11th January 2022

Very capable technology and attentive service

I switched my personal bank account to Starling some years ago and was very impressed with the capabilities of the app, particularly compared to the experience I had of three high street banks at different times/companies. When Starling launched business banking for limited companies I jumped at it and have never been disappointed. The only problem is that other financial services organisations are unable to meet the same high standards for products which Starling doesn't offer. Reviewed on: 11th January 2022

A new concept in banking - excellent customer care!

I was a personal and business account holder for over 30 years with a famous Scottish bank. They never answered the phone, had an irritating computer to answer questions AND encouraged me to move my business account. I find Starling simply superb - friendly, helpful, responsive and communicative. Excellent bank. One of my sons has also recently opened a business account with them too. The new software enables me to record digitally all of my expenses and that makes my accountant happy too. Great work Starling. Thank you Reviewed on: 11th January 2022

They do what they say on the tin

It's a bank, it's a good bank. The processes are easy to follow. Is it's necessary to talk to someone, the staff are always polite and respectful. It would be good to have a savings account. Reviewed on: 11th January 2022

Future Proof Banking with Phenomenal Features & Support

Moving to Starting was the best move for my business. With fast Easy integration to our accounting and other systems makes life so much easier. It's as if the bank and app was purpose built for businesses. Auto-tagging of transactions, transaction types, push notifications and ability to lock card and see my pin at anytime are free if the features I adore. Any business not on Starling is missing out.
