Amazing account, so easy to use

Poor service

I have x2 business accounts with this bank and x1 personal. My wife and I hold a joint business account. My wife tried to set up another business account, but the service has been appalling. Constant requests for information already provided. All our accounts are in credit by a considerable margin, and yet they don't seem to give a dam about the frustration and time delay they have caused us in setting up this third account. It would be great if someone from Starling take responsibility for their lack of understanding. Reviewed on: 5th May 2021

Banging Business Banking!!

I moved over to Starling at the start of this year and everything about it makes my heart sing! A little over dramatic?? Maybe but the truth! I used to DREAD looking at my bank account but now it's a pleasure as its easy to use, I'm warned that I'm going to go overdrawn rather than chastised for doing so. The 'spaces' concept is AMAZING! and has helped me massively manage my money in the last few months. The app is clear, the swap over was easy. I can't rate this bank highly enough. I feel like a proper grown up with money now rather than being down right scared of my bank account! (I'm a self employed 45yr old mum of 2 so I really should be bloody grown up!!!) Simplicity and beauty

Easy to switch. Beautifully designed app and customer service respond at any time of the day. Couple of things I’d like added (auto tax deductions on incoming payments and being able to add your own card subscriptions to the recurring payments tab as the auto AI doesn’t always get these right) but overall a solid product and one I’ve recommended countless times.
