If only everything was this simple

My small business is young enough that I've always banked online with it, never in person. While other business banks offer "an online service", they may be online, but the service can be questionable and often burdensome to get help when things aren't right. Starling are not like other banks - I was initially a personal customer, but as soon as business accounts were available I switched and haven't had a bad word to say about them. Features, security, support, information, integration with 3rd party accounting... all excellent. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Stress Free Business Banking - We have banked with Starling for 4 years since we moved over from HSBC and there is a world of difference. The feed to Xero is stop on, the other API integrations all work and we have had zero issues with payments. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

An excellent business account provider!

I've been with Starling bank for nearly 3 years now and I'm very happy with them. Having had some trouble with my previous business account provider, where every task became painstaking, Starling are a breath of fresh air. Every task is made simple, from the brilliant and easy to use app to the simplification of paying cheques in (by taking a photo of it, brilliant!). Running a business is full of admin and endless tasks but Starling have given me one less thing to worry about. I would highly recommend their business account. Keep up the great work Starling! five stars isn't enough!

Got recommend to use Starling through a friend and never looked back. Had my small business for 3 years, the business and app allows me to track my spend and income and also allows me to create saving spaces for my vat and corporation liabilities. I pay my employees direct through app on the go, ultra easy and transparent. Also is easy for any age to use and modern unlike other banks. Thank you! Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Starling has made Business Banking so much earlier!! We’ve moved from Santander, whose platform was basic and restrictive for our business. Starling make banking easy and beautiful.

Starling make banking easy. As a small business owner I am busy enough without added banking admin stress. The pots are very helpful, why don't all bank accounts have this feature! Equally, the app graphs, reports and data exports are really handy for me to easily see payment categories and how much I've paid individual suppliers, and when. Also as a brand, they really care about the little details and as a creative this is really important to me too. The welcome pack was professional with considered design appreciation, which stands out from all high street banks. I've only had to use customer service once and they were quick to respond, in what felt like a human way Vs AI, which made this problem solving experience more accessible.
