If only everything was this simple

My small business is young enough that I've always banked online with it, never in person. While other business banks offer "an online service", they may be online, but the service can be questionable and often burdensome to get help when things aren't right. Starling are not like other banks - I was initially a personal customer, but as soon as business accounts were available I switched and haven't had a bad word to say about them. Features, security, support, information, integration with 3rd party accounting... all excellent. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Direct Debit Payments from my customers

It ticks the boxes I need it for

As a new business owner, Starling ticked the boxes for what I needed. The one drawback I would say is the inability to offer an overdraft to help with cashflow a little. Overall I am happy with Starling Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
