If only everything was this simple

My small business is young enough that I've always banked online with it, never in person. While other business banks offer "an online service", they may be online, but the service can be questionable and often burdensome to get help when things aren't right. Starling are not like other banks - I was initially a personal customer, but as soon as business accounts were available I switched and haven't had a bad word to say about them. Features, security, support, information, integration with 3rd party accounting... all excellent. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

There can be a delay in getting a response from the...

Wished we found Starling business years ago!

After being with Starling I wish I had joined many years ago. The customer service we get and support for our business is far more than we would expect. From speaking to a human on the phone that endeavours to resolve our questions and to the ease of working out our financial situation as a business Starling will always be our number one bank to go to! I have loved setting up and using my Starling account. It couldn't be easier or clearer. It's a joy. I've had the account for a year so I can definitely vouch for it in terms of ongoing smooth user-friendly interface, and queries dealt with quickly if I've had any. Highly recommended.
