Everything you need in an excellent package

Excellent app functionality, prompt customer service responses - one of the only banks offering business accounts during the pandemic, when I needed it most! Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Fast, convenient

Starling was really easy to set up when I started my business, and the app is a pleasure to use. The spaces feature is great for saving incrementally to pay back loans, and managing multiple accounts for personal expenditure and foreign currency. It’s really simple I can’t fault the security features, that get the right balance between convenience and feeling there is always authentication every time you make a payment. A great stuff! Easy, Hassle-Free Banking, leaving me to get on with my business

We have had Starling Business Accounts for years, from Sole Trader, Sole Trader Partnerships and Limited Companies and have never had any issues. In high street banks we have had to pay for the "privilege" to just have an account with them even though its our money and have had many transaction fees to add where as its completely free other than Chaps or if you use an overdraft. Easily linkable to accountancy packages as well. Win Win for us. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great bank, simple to use

Ever since moving from Barclays, I've joined a bank that is simple to use and has a great app for making transactions. The customer service has been great (When I've had to use it) I'd definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Zero customer service

Lock your account with no warning or explanation. Pretend it's an IT issue, don't let you escalate it. Kept us locked out for 4 days.. upsetting suppliers and customers. Dud this THREE TIMES Terrible service. Revolute so much better. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Straight Forward but Thorough

App functionality is great! The app basic reporting provides such a useful overview of both the day-to-day ins and outs as well as trends through time; for a spell I wondered if I would even need additional accountancy software. Bolt-on apps are available at favourable rates. Everything talks the same language. It’s so refreshing. Thank you for making my business banking less arduous Starling. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
