Great that they get their own space, with a debit card for withdrawing cash and making payments online, but all visible by me, and with good controls. They get their own app, so they can check the balance at any time. The only real drawback is the lack of functionally like direct debits, for example for paying a mobile phone bill. Great for kids and parents alike

Amazing first bank

Excellent

The Kite account has done wonders for my 15 yr old son. The bonus is your still linked to the account, so you can keep an eye on what they're send & especially on what. I've spoke with him & he said he will stay with starling for the foreseeable future. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Kids bank account

My daughter really likes the kite account, it has helped her learn how to manage her allowance. It is very easy to use and I get alerts each time she uses her card. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Great app to teach financial literacy

Great app to teach my 8year old daughter how to manage her money. With the app, she can track her money which is great. She pays attention to her money and now trying to find ways to save and invest it. I’m glad I got the kite account for her. Overall I still have control over the account.
