An excellent banking service which has been followed up with a fantastic Kite account for my child. Really easy to add and withdraw funds and help my child learn the process of earning and spending but also learning good governance of his finances. The best account for Children

My Son has had a Kite account for a couple of years now. As a parent, it’s easy for me to control his spending, set spending limits for card use online and limit how much can be withdrawn from a cash machine. Starling customer service is excellent as my Son has lost his card on several occasions and I’ve had to request a replacement, which has always arrived quickly. I was able to lock his card immediately as soon as we realised it was missing. The Starling app is just so easy to use and I’ve never had a problem with anything. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great bank with great customer service

Starling provides an easy to use app which gives parents control and oversight. When my son lost his card and we noticed it being used by someone else while we were abroad their customer services stopped it straight away, started an investigation, ordered a new card and, within days, refunded his money.
