Easy to use - my daughter learns how to manage her money with support from me made possible (and easy) through the App

This is another fabulous addition to the already great features of my Starling bank account. Reviewed on: 7th February 2022

Review Kite account

Fabulous facility without all the hassle of opening a regular account. My daughter has a saving account with Natwest, but was going to have to go to a branch 30 miles away for ID checks! Its user friendly, good for both of us in terms of spending, tracking and top-ups. Its given my daughter a better understanding of spending as cash is less widely used these days. Kids love their accounts

I have been with starling for a few years and set the kids accounts up a little while after as they were using go henry but we have swapped over and they love their accounts. The app is brilliant and so easy to use plus I can keep track of all spending. Reviewed on: 7th February 2022

Great online bank

I love the app easy to use. I can transfer money to my sons account through my app. Great for kids to watch their money go up nd down. Gives them a good understanding of money. I pay £2 amonth which then goes into my sons account. So its free! How many other banks can say that?! Excellent

I couldn't ask for a safer card for my son. I can determine the limit he can spend, I receive notifications when he uses the card. Absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it. Reviewed on: 6th February 2022

Giving confidence

My daughter was starting secondary school and was starting to feel more grown up but she wasn't very good at looking after cash as she wouldn't have a purse (they kept 'going missing' when at school). So when I realised how easy it was to set up a Kite card for her and she could have an app to keep up with her balance and the monthly charge was much cheaper than the ones advertised in TV that she wanted, it was a no brainer. She can now save her money and I can transfer it to her account and she can see how quickly it disappears when she goes shopping and has a new found sense of the value of money. One thing that I think would make it even better is if we could use it to track pocket money for chores etc. but not having that won't make me change. So easy to set up and use

Love the Starling Kite card for my daughter. It gives her independence whilst I have control over how much she receives and when. I can also check what she spends her money on without her feeling watched. Reviewed on: 6th February 2022
