Excellent service all round

I have never had any problems, from setting up mu account to organising funds for my sons account and paying bills everything is very smooth and easy. Very nearly got scammed online too but the help I needed from them was immediate so the situation was dissolved fast. fantastic service Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Excellent product and service.

A very useful product, easy to set up and manage from the outset. It is also flexible as my child has grown to continue to meet his needs and mine as a parent. Ease of use, management through the account portal are excellent and transfer of funds, either a manual transfer or a regular payment is easy to set up and control. I also like the security elements such as stopping online purchases or cash point withdrawals, with the quick and easy option to authorise or allow these on an individual transaction basis. Excellent product and service, far superior to an alternative competitor product that was put in place originally. The Starling Kite child card is something I would highly recommend. My daughter loves her starling account.

My daughter loves her starling account. The app is easy for her to use, and the ability for me to set-up spending limits is great. It is also easy for me to transfer money into her account and transfer it out when I have paid for something for her such as robux. It has given her another step towards independence that the kite account has allowed us both to feel comfortable with. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
