The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Banking made simple

My Starling account helps me manage my day to day finances more simply. It does more than other accounts I’ve used but is very easy to use. The account opening process was a joy and the ability to manage spaces / pots, manage bills, make payments etc is very useful and intuitive. When I’ve needed to contact them about an issue the in app process has always been very responsive. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Quick Easy Effective

I opened a Starling account last year. The process was really straightforward, yet gave me confidence that it was securely operated. The app is so easy to use with many features not available with my previous 'high street ' bank. I feel that Starling cares about me, not just about making money for itself. Two examples: 1 I get interest paid on my current account balance. 2 When the new card payment limits came into effect, Starling told me about it and the fact that I could choose any limit up to the maximum. Great bank always ready to assist

A great Bank who are always ready to assist when required you can contact them through the application and any problems I have had have been resolved the only reason I have market them down is they haven't offered me an overdraft after being a customer for over 3 year's and never been overdrawn Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
