By far the Best!

Overall experience with online messages to customers service advisors have been fantastic and all are very professional and actually know what they are talking about. Very polite telephone manners and haven’t waited in a long queue literally on the phone a few minutes and always get someone cheerful on the other end makes such a difference and obviously they are all from different countries but can speak exceptional spoken English which is a must as I only know English so makes the experience a big 10 star for me Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

A bank fit for the 21st century.

Starling is great example of key services which you don't really notice until they fail or are substandard. I never have to worry that things will work with Starling unlike other banks. This was especially true during the pandemic. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
