Excellent convenient Service

I am a new customer as Starling was recommended to me through a family member. I am very comfortable and happy with the service I have received to date. I have also recommended Starling to others, due to its ease of use and regular updates. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Great Bank

I have to vote for Starling a great addition to banking in recent years. If more confident in a non high st bank approach I would make it my primary account a log time ago . I’m roughly 4 years banking with Starling and I have not one complaint on its services. All runs smoothly and efficiently and now the added feature of taking bill payments for monthly bills has really boosted my experience. This is one feature I was wanting Starling to have comparing to one of its competitors Monzo,, now the feature is here there’s no looking back as I can’t now separate more high value bills from less by allocating funds to my starling bank account and the money taken for payment when due. So much easier to money manage. The app and card design, Apple Pay all I use without second thought. I hope they win for another year. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

I've been with Starling Bank for over 3 years, it's a flawless way to bank. The Starling Bank app is very easy to use and has lots of little hidden gems, like Spaces, an area of your account for your savings. Customer service is 2nd to none. 10 out of 10 Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Couldn't have been much easier

Filled in the required details on the Starling Bank app, uploaded evidence and a short video clip to prove who I am, and the rest of the process, including bringing across my direct debits/standing orders and closing my old account, was automatic. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
