The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Extremely efficient payment systems

Great app easy to use

Fantastic bank! I have never had any problems that I have needed to.contact customer services. The app is so easy to use and allows me to see what I have spent and in what category. Direct debits and standing orders are easy to set up and cancel. Overall a fab bank! Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Easy modern banking

Easy, intuitive, clean modern banking app that does everything I ask of it. All contacts from the bank are sent in plain and simple English that makes things easy for the average (and below average?) consumer to understand.
