The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Fantastic and the app is brilliant

Excellent and simple bank

I use Starling for all my banking; sole, joint and business. It is excellent at all three, allowing easy access to all finance functions through both a good mobile app and web experience. 'Simply' the best bank.

We have had Starling for 5 years, opened for travelling to Australia/NZ. Worked brilliantly, still does. have a home in Spain so use debit card all the time and last year opened a Euro Account to pay our bills out in Spain and closed our Spanish bank account which had become very expensive. Few teething problems but that was because of Brexit but all good now, our Direct Debits come out good now. When I need money in Euro account I just transfer at a small fee which is shown on transaction, the bank in brilliant and British I believe. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
