I have been with Starling for around 18 months and cannot fault their customer service, online security and easy to use app. With many of the "big" conventional banks closing their branches and seemingly turning their backs on customers it makes more sense to be with a bank that is caring towards its customers. I've been with starling for 3 years and couldn't be happier. Everything you need is there for you. Receiving money and paying in is so quick and easy. I have been using Starling Bank for personal banking for almost 2 years. Their app interface is fantastic and gives me real time updates in terms of my balance, card use and direct debits. I can't recommend Starling Bank more than I already do. I love that everything can be done online, and if anything doesn't work, you always have the support of an awesome customer agent. Joint account and savings spaces are the winning combos in family budgeting and I use this every month to budget, save and break down expenses. And there are also the small things: - the fact that you can deposit a cheque directly in the app saves you a trip - expenses breakdown per category and month - paying bills from a savings space - being able to issue cards for the little ones - etc. I truly recommend this bank because it has the trust of a high street bank brought in a modern package. The app is super easy to use and field with features that I wish I had before. It is super easy to set up saving pots and direct money into them as well as rounding up transactions to the nearest £. All of this means I am hitting saving goals. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022
