Leading in modern banking

I moved to Starling a year ago and have nothing but good to say so far. Other banks need to take note because they are so far behind, no wonder they are struggling to retain customers. Having worked in banking until recently for 15 years I can speak from experience to how old fashion they are. I love that I can see pending incomings like Pay which I’ve not had with other banks, the cash back linked apps which pay out instantly, the ID checks that are normally done within 30 mins. I joined in December 2021 opening a sole trader account after reading many recommendations. I’m so glad I did! Really easy set up, information at my fingertips, saving spaces are brilliant, notifications help me keep track of payments. Starling have thought of everything to make the customer journey simple.
