The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Very user-friendly

Recommended by my partner, and after finding my previous bank increasingly frustrating, I made the change to Starling Bank. I can say the transfer process was incredibly easy, transactions are seamless, I love the 'spaces' you can have on the app. Wish I'd moved over to them earlier! Reviewed on: 13th March 2022

Starling Bank - Easy to use

I switched to Starling Bank using the current account switch service after seeing the reviews online. The process was very easy and straight forward and I couldn’t fault the process. There are many easy to use features and I am so glad I made the switch. I haven’t had to call Starling so I can’t yet comment on this aspect however the app is so easy to use and understand which probably explains why I haven’t had to use customer services as of yet.
