The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Fantastically easy to use

Starling bank really is the easiest banking app I have every used. The features are fantastic. I love that you have a “space” so you can keep money separate that is designated for something else. No more accidental spending! Reviewed on: 24th February 2022

Clear, simple and thoroughly enjoyable

I really can’t think of any faults with starling. The app is so easy to use to deposit/withdraw/spend money with the ability to categorise transactions to be able to easily see how much you spend monthly on bills/food/transport etc. It has been so valuable for personal use as well as budgeting in the joint current account with my partner. I really like the added security when adding new payees as well, with starling able to often confirm the account to pay is correct before you’ve even paid. Customer service was so helpful when I believed I had been scammed and resolved my issue so quickly, professionally with their actions really putting me at ease. Banking made simple

Love the Starling app and all that can be done with it. Have previously had to ask a bank for more savings accounts to get places to set-aside money for certain things, but now I can have as many Spaces as I want. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2022
