Excellent,from installation to use

I wish I had found this bank years ago, brilliant online experience.. I wish they did savings accounts, ie.. bonds, limited access high interest rates.. I have already recommended Starling to several people who have gone on to open accounts Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

Perfect

No complaints, fast, easy and intuitive app, great control over spending and a grate app, this is the quickest bank I have ever used for online payments / withdrawals , most transactions take a few minutes at max, Staff are nice and friendly too, all I can say is perfect, keep it up! :) Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

Just excellent

This system is so well designed; I had no idea that banking could be so easy. I set up my account from a car in Scotland in about ten minutes. Clear, responsive & features

Starling seems to have much cleare overwiev over transactions, search results. Something I was supposed about is responsiveness, as the don't have phone number and communication need to be via chats expected responses in days for each new question, but always got in few hours, might seem long for some, but so simple, just write ur enquiry and soon you will have answere and it will stay with you for reference. Starling features are amazing, mainly spaces, where you can create like separate bank account to save for something or for paying bills or separate accounts for multiple categories of bills. Money can be moved to space or back to account free and instant. Space don't have new account number but it is separate from other parts of account.
